The fee I charge is from EUR 275,00 excluding VAT. No office expenses are charged.

In certain cases a fixed fee or a reduced hourly rate with success fee can be agreed upon.

I also regularly work together with Liesker Procesfinanciering. Liesker Procesfinanciering offers financing for claims where the plaintiff does not have the means or the risk appetite to start or continue litigation without financial support.
